Andrea & David | Wedding Photos | Terra Blanca Winery, Benton City, WA

We're always thrilled to shoot at Terra Blanca Winery, but Andrea & David made it special! They had such a relaxed atmosphere that everyone enjoyed the day thoroughly. Terra Blanca offers a multitude of photo opportunities in a small area (vines, wine barrels, grass fields, brick walkways, massive doors, etc), so we didn't feel it necessary to take them off site. Andrea & David are avid divers, so their tropical theme was especially fitting. The flowers were done by one of our favorites, Simplified Celebrations, who did a phenomenal job! (We didn't even know you could get some of those flowers in our neck of the woods.)

Kristin & Grant Wedding Photos | Terra Blanca Winery

If you could define Kristin & Grant in one word, it would be Classy. Their small wedding at Terra Blanca was elegant without being overly-sophisticated. And her swanky flowers were completely original — we don't even know what they're called! We're always thankful for the views and options Terra Blanca provides, but we really lucked out on light in the evening. It wasn't an incredible sunset, but it was a lovely soft light.

We know Kristin & Grant will love their new life together!

Erika & Nate’s Wedding | Benton City | Terra Blanca

What a day! Erika & Nathan play well together — such a whimsical couple. Terra Blanca winery in Benton City made for a stunning backdrop for both their photos and their ceremony. Their first look was under Terra Blanca's beautiful entryway arches. Erika had some of the most expressive faces, and Nate kept things loose for the photos, allowing us to capture some great looks between the two of them. Very photogenic couple!

The short-and-sweet ceremony took place in a tucked-away rocked-in area. Especially touching was the pillow carried in by the handsome ring bearer: it was made in memory of the bride's father out of his shirt and tie. The cake was covered in a multitude of white frosting roses — it seemed to be patterned to match Erika's dress!What a perfect spring day for this couple to tie the knot. We wish them a lifetime of happiness.

Kaycie & Sergio's Engagement | Benton City | Secret Vineyard

We had a relaxed shoot with Kaycie and Sergio at our secret vineyard — they were so photogenic! They brought along a chalk board to for various ideas (like save-the-date cards). Worked out well! We love it when people bring their own props. We're excited to be shooting their wedding this September at the Moore Mansion.

Ruth & Chris | Benton City Engagement | Vineyards

We took Ruth and Chris to a secret winery in Benton City.  It was a really cold day, so we were glad that everyone dressed warm!  The vineyard offered some great looks for autumn.  Taking photos amid the elaborate wineries and the vineyards definitely shows off the best of the tri-cities.  We had great time and they looked looked great together.  We very excited to being doing their wedding next summer at Terra Blanca!

Rachel & Josué | Benton City Wedding | Terra Blanca

October can start to get cold in the tri-cities, but it wasn't the case for Rachel and Josué's wedding day. Once the girls finished getting their hair and makeup done, they hopped into a huge limo and rode off to Terra Blanca.  Once everyone was there, Rachel and Josh had their first look under the long vine-covered arbor. It was a cute moment as Rachel pretended as if she was going to pounce Josué, and somehow read her mind and did the same!  The ceremony took place in a private cove at the back of the winery.  Rachel entered from above, but without her shoes! Evidently they couldn't be found, but she was perfectly happy to go barefoot. The ceremony was beautiful, even with a brief interruption by a bi-plane (paparazzi?) flying overhead. Terra Blanca has several beautiful backdrops that just look great in their highlight movie. There was a cool corn field we got to walk through, and we thrilled that Rachel and Josué were willing to try fun things. We also got to go inside the cellars and walk around all the wine casks. There were many heartfelt speeches which really showed how much everyone loves and cares for Rachel and Josué. Their cakes had both Cougar and Seahawk logos!

Everyone had fun dancing, visiting with friends, and just enjoying the ambiance. This was such an enjoyable day for us and we just want to say thanks and congratulations to Rachel and Josh.

Julie & Paul | Benton City Engagement | Vineyards

We took Julie and Paul to one of our favorite (secret!) wineries in Benton City. Julie was wearing dress that looked similar to Sari, it was beautiful. Not to be out done, Paul was dressed in a handsome suit. Together they looked great!  We took advantage of several different locations around the winery like the vineyards, a pond, and the beautiful winery itself.  Near the end of the shoot, the sun began to set and we were able to get some amazing shots as the sun lit them from behind. They are a happy couple and we were grateful we could capture them!
